The news reports suggest that the banned substance was contained in some sort of (non-prescribed) supplement, and that RP may well not have known that he was ingesting a banned substance.
It will take a few of these incidents before these guys (and their agents and lawyers) wise up and demand a sworn statement from anyone proffering a supplement that it doesn't contain anything that's banned.
