Whatever Happened to Sausage & Extra Cheese?

While disturbing in so many ways, the use of ketchup on cocktail-frank pizza is most alarming. (Yes, we said cocktail franks.)

Well, I'll concede that those do look like cocktail franks, but I'm not convinced that ketchup is involved in this. It appears to be some sort of dipping sauce. Not that that is likely to be much of an improvement over ketchup.
